Senior Product Manager – Tech Focus

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in technical settings
• Proven history of driving engineering execution in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Experience managing products with various technical dependencies and cross-system integrations
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations with changing requirements and priorities
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in root cause analysis of complex technical challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with a knack for influencing and aligning diverse teams without direct authority
• Proven track record of taking complete ownership of outcomes and successfully driving projects to completion
• Familiarity with technical architecture decisions and implementation trade-offs in collaboration with engineering teams
• Capable of conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis on systemic challenges, crafting thorough solutions that address fundamental issues
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery for factory systems, from gathering requirements to implementation and post-launch refinement
• Enhance engineering execution speed by pinpointing bottlenecks, refining processes, and deploying solutions to accelerate development cycles
• Manage intricate stakeholder relationships across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT, and external partners to foster decision-making and align priorities
• Tackle competing priorities and resource limitations within a high-ambiguity environment, utilizing data-driven decision-making even with limited information
• Work closely with engineering teams to convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications and guarantee viable implementation pathways
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess system effectiveness and propel continuous improvement initiatives
