Senior Data Analyst

Hybrid Senior Data Analyst role focused on designing and building a modern R&D AI analytics platform to replace legacy reporting.

• Architect, iterate, and build a new R&D analytics platform for modern reporting needs
• Prototype scalable analytics solutions and self-service data tooling to support faster iteration
• Use advanced AI development tools (including Claude Code
  , Gemini
  , and coding assistants) to accelerate development and automate repetitive coding tasks
• Review, debug, unit-test, and validate generated code and analytics logic for correctness
  , security
  , and efficiency
• Extract, clean, transform, and model complex multi-source R&D data
• Write and optimize high-performance custom SQL
  ; partner with Data Engineers to improve database scalability and platform performance
• Translate operational requirements into actionable outputs, including automated KPI workflows and modern analytics interfaces that support R&D decision-making and continuous process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D stakeholders and operational teams to define analytics requirements and deliver robust data tools
• Build validation frameworks, automated monitoring, and data integrity checks to maintain accuracy and consistency across platform outputs

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or software/data platform development
• Practical experience with modern AI developer assistants (e.g.,
  Claude Code
  , Gemini
  , Git Hub Copilot
  ) to increase coding productivity and speed iteration
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to independently evaluate, verify, and fine-tune data workflows, queries, and automated outputs
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, pipeline development, and platform prototyping
• Strong expertise writing, optimizing, and maintaining complex custom SQL queries
• Commitment to clean, modular, reproducible, and well-documented code using Git for version control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced iterative environment, including independent troubleshooting of complex technical and data problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
