Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in union electrical construction to lead mid-to-large scale commercial and industrial projects. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle—from budgeting and procurement to final delivery—ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a high-performing professional with 3–5 years of specific electrical PM experience, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership
:
Plan, schedule, and manage daily operations, including labor coordination, material procurement, and cost control. - Stakeholder Management
:
Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, owners, and end-users. - Financial Oversight
:
Manage all project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, subcontracts, and billings. Facilitate change order pricing and documentation. - Technical Coordination
:
Prepare and process RFIs; review project drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with design requirements. - Procurement
:
Manage material tracking logs to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to project schedules. - Field Collaboration
:
Attend coordination meetings and partner with field teams and vendors to ensure a seamless workflow. - Compliance
:
Ensure all projects adhere to company procedures, safety guidelines, and contractual obligations.
- Experience
:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager specifically within the electrical construction industry
. - Technical Proficiency
:
Strong proficiency with Accubid and Live Count is highly preferred. Expert use of Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office is required. - Industry Knowledge
:
Deep understanding of electrical power and lighting design, as well as experience managing union labor
. - Core Competencies
:
Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. - Education
:
High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Salary Range
: $95,000 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience). - Schedule
:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM). - Benefits
