Cel Link is redefining how power and data move through next-generation systems, from EVs to data centers. We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Technician to support the build of our ultra‑thin flexible harness technology.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building real hardware, and contributing to innovative products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed hand assembly of prototype components, including flexible harnesses and connector assemblies
  • Support flex circuit prototype manufacturing, including material prep and build execution
  • Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment used in prototype and early production environments
  • Assist engineers with build support during NPI and prototype development, including setup, execution, and troubleshooting
  • Prepare materials and components for builds, ensuring readiness and accuracy
  • Support validation and testing activities, including pull testing, cross‑sectioning, basic electrical checks (e.g., resistance measurements)
  • Assist in processes such as precision joining and validation workflows (e.g., weld inspection and verification)
  • Utilize 3D printing and other rapid prototyping tools to support fixture and tooling development
  • Generate, organize, and maintain documentation for builds, tooling, and work instructions
  • Follow detailed work instructions with a high level of precision and consistency
  • Monitor material levels and support inventory and production readiness
  • Identify issues during builds and proactively support troubleshooting and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Experience
  • Experience in a lab, manufacturing, or R&D environment (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on mindset
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow structured processes
  • Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to troubleshoot issues
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high quality and consistency
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Use of PPE, including safety glasses and protective footwear
Shift
  • Onsite, Monday–Friday (day shift)

Work Environment

Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines.

PPE

Employee may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump‑caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, and clean‑room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures. Ear plugs are recommended in areas of high noise levels that meet minimum OSHA requirements.

San Carlos, CA Base Pay: $30 — $33 USD
