Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance; escalate as needed;
Monitor cameras, gates, doors, and other equipment; report unusual conditions and hazards;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and interactions; maintain clear communication with site contacts and leadership
