Temporary Security Guard - Community Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and security-related procedures for a commercial property;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting management and/or emergency services as required;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the building, common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to identify and report suspicious activity or hazards;
Control access points by monitoring entry and exit, verifying authorization when required, issuing visitor instructions, and directing individuals to appropriate locations;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, maintenance issues, and service requests, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision
