Seasonal Director – San Carlos (Highlands Park)
Giants Youth Camps seeks a Seasonal Director to guide summer camp operations at Highlands Park. The Seasonal Director is accountable for operational excellence, staff supervision, and a safe, engaging camper environment.
Responsibilities- Supervising instructors and support staff
- Ensuring drills and skill stations run efficiently
- Monitoring camper attendance and safety
- Communicating daily updates to families
- Upholding the Giants Youth Camp brand reputation
Commitment & Compensation
10‑week leadership commitment
$1,400–$1,650/week
