Job Description
Giants Youth Camps seeks a Seasonal Director in San Carlos to guide summer camp operations at Highlands Park.
The Seasonal Director is accountable for operational excellence, staff supervision, and a safe, engaging camper environment.
Responsibilities Include:- Supervising instructors and support staff
- Ensuring drills and skill stations run efficiently
- Monitoring camper attendance and safety
- Communicating daily updates to families
- Upholding the Giants Youth Campbrand reputation
10-week leadership commitment $1,400–$1,650/week
