We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Technician who thrives in a fast-moving environment, pays attention to the details others miss, and takes pride in getting things done right. You'll play a critical role in keeping materials moving and operations running smoothly.

In this role, you will:

• Pick, pack, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Package products according to quality and cleanliness standards.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and compliance.
• Receive, put away, and organize incoming inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits tomaintainaccuracy.
• Clean and prepare parts for shipment and production use.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Generate andmaintainwarehouse labels and identification systems.
• Research inventory and order activity using warehouse and ERP systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that make work safer, smarter, and more efficient.
• Helpmaintaina clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related warehouse,logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer and inventory system skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, semiconductor, or related industries

• Frequently lift upto 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift 25+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and work within a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

• This role offers competitive annual compensation aligned with experience and scope, including base salary typically ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
