We are seeking a Superintendent to lead high end luxury retail construction projects from field mobilization through closeout.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

- Lead daily field operations to ensure site safety, quality, progress, and proper project execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, phasing, and site logistics
- Partner with the Project Manager to maintain schedules, milestones, inspections, and project strategy
- Manage quality control procedures, identify deficiencies, and implement corrections in the field
- Ensure trade work is installed in compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Utilize Procore to track plan updates, documentation, subcontractor compliance, and daily reporting
- Maintain 3 week look ahead schedules and daily construction reports through Procore and Holo Builder
- Implement jobsite safety programs, lead safety meetings, and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards
- Serve as the field liaison with inspection agencies and project stakeholders
- Support successful project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout
- 3 to 5 years of relevant superintendent experience
- Experience with luxury retail stores or high end commercial interiors required
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30 certification required
- Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Office, Holo Builder, and Bluebeam
- Strong ability to read plans, manage field documentation, and coordinate subcontractors
- Detail oriented with strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable managing deadlines, inspections, schedule changes, and active jobsite priorities
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must be able to work in person
