The Pro Team Member is a cross-trained operational role responsible for supporting daily mini-golf operations, front desk services, merchandise sales, and facility upkeep across two 18-hole miniature golf courses. This role helps deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience by maintaining course flow, supporting reservations and events, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting guests throughout the property.

The Pro Team Member works closely with Management, Front Desk, Sales, Marketing, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.

• Check in guests at the starting locations and/or front desk
• Monitor course flow and pace of play to prevent backups and maintain a positive guest experience
• Provide guests with course instructions, rules, and operational guidance
• Actively monitor the courses to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
• Assist guests throughout gameplay and address basic questions or concerns in real time

• Support efficient guest check-in and bracelet processing
• Provide guests with clear instructions regarding venue operations and ordering systems (i.e. Toast app for food and beverage ordering)
• Monitor reservation accuracy and assist with course availability for walk-up guests and scheduled events
• Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience from arrival through departure
• Report guest concerns or operational issues to Management for timely resolution
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all guest interactions
• Assist with coordination and execution of private parties and special events
• Support the Sales Manager with event-specific guest services and operational needs
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and tracking merchandise sell-through rates
• Identify top-performing products and communicate inventory needs to Management and Marketing
• Restock and organize merchandise displays to maintain visual appeal and cleanliness
• Promote merchandise and upsell products when appropriate

• Perform opening and closing operational procedures
• Inspect and clean both golf courses, restrooms, and private event spaces daily
• Maintain overall property cleanliness and presentation standards
• Monitor equipment functionality during operating hours and report issues to Management
• Assist Management in identifying electrical, water, or structural concerns and coordinating repairs with vendors when needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and operational procedures

• Assist Food & Beverage operations when needed to support guest experience and operational flow
• Deliver food and beverages to guests when appropriate
• Coordinate with F&B staff to ensure timely service during busy periods and events

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to cleanliness and operational standards
• Basic math and cash-handling skills for POS operations
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in an active indoor/outdoor environment
