Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for multiple entities
• Manage journal entries, accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure consistency across sites
• Support consolidated reporting, audits, reviews, and special financial analyses
• Collaborate with operations, payroll, and finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and leverage automation or analytics tools
• Participate in integrations for new sites, expansions, or other growth initiatives
• Translate complex financial results into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Gradually take on FP&A responsibilities, including variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally across multiple entities or locations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Hands-on experience with cloud ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes through technology, automation, or analytics
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions
