Job Summary

At Bank of America, this position focuses on engaging clients in the lobby, educating them on self‑service banking options, and handling cash transactions efficiently. The role is open for the entire market; successful candidates will train at one financial center and may later move to another within a reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilites
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.

  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.

  • Follows established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity.
  • Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Work Details

Pay: $25.00 – $27.88 per hour, determined based on experience, education and skill set.
