The caregiver will provide non‑medical in‑home care to clients in their residences. Responsibilities include assisting with daily personal care routines such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility support. The caregiver will also provide companionship and emotional support by engaging clients in conversation, activities, and daily routines.
Additional duties include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Some assignments may also involve transportation to appointments and errands within the service areas listed above.
Qualifications- Previous caregiving experience or related training preferred (certificate is a plus)
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans, routines, and instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting seniors or individuals with dementia/Alzheimer’s care is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be eligible for W‑2 employment
