Orange County Landscape Maintenance Account Manager (Agriculture)

We’re expanding our business and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our growing team.

As a Landscape Account Manager, you will create and maintain excellent client relationships, oversee all maintenance account operations, supervise crew members and irrigators, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

• Meet face‑to‑face with clients at regular intervals; create needed proposals and reports and attend committee and board meetings.
• Make horticulturally correct recommendations for site improvements.
• Conduct frequent job site inspections, create punch lists for crews, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across all sites.
• Ensure proper operation, scheduling, and maintenance of all irrigation systems and controllers on landscape maintenance accounts.
• Direct irrigators during quarterly inspections; communicate irrigation issues and solutions to clients.
• Schedule and supervise all landscape maintenance work using company software, ensuring on‑time execution and updating schedules as needed.
• Manage job labor and material costs to achieve budgeted margins.
• Serve as a role model of all organizational policies; handle workplace injuries and incidents per HR and safety protocols.
