Production Associate Shift

Production Associate – 4-Day Work Week | $24/hr PM Shift | San Clemente

A family-owned food manufacturing company in San Clemente is hiring Production Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities.

• $23–$24/hour depending on shift
• 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
• 3 days off every week
• Set schedule — no rotating shifts

• Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• OR Tuesday–Friday:
• 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• OR 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

• Filling, packaging, and labeling products
• Putting orders together for shipment
• Cleaning containers and keeping your workspace organized
• Using a manual pallet jack
• Following basic food safety guidelines

• High school diploma or GED
• Some recent work experience is helpful, but not required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
• No food allergies (due to the environment)
• Able to follow standard hygiene and safety requirements for food production (including PPE guidelines)
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screen (Company considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with the law)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
