The OR Nurse Manager will oversee a dynamic surgical services department within a 448-bed acute care hospital recognized for its comprehensive specialty programs. The surgical suite features 17 operating rooms and performs 35–50 cases daily across a wide range of specialties. This high-performing perioperative unit emphasizes efficiency, safety, and teamwork to deliver exceptional surgical outcomes. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting quality initiatives and patient safety standards.

Reporting directly to the Director of Surgical Services
, the Operating Room Nurse Manager will provide leadership and operational oversight for a diverse team of nurses and surgical professionals. The department includes 107 full-time employees, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where clinical excellence thrives. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will guide staffing, workflow coordination, performance improvement initiatives, and professional development.
