This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in San Clemente, CA, for a Quality Specialist. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures, conducting quality assurance checks, performing quality audits, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with standards. The position requires collaboration across different teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Experience in Quality Auditing to evaluate and improve processes and systems
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and articulate findings
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to quality management
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a quality‑focused role, especially in aerospace or defense, is a plus
