Quality Control Technician

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Quality Control Technician for a manufacturing company located in San Clemente.

Service Line:
Direct Hire, Full-time

Pay: $25-$35/Hr.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, Flexible Start Time

• Inspect products for quality and conformance to specifications
• Identify and assess defects using visual inspection techniques
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Learn and operate inspection and metrology equipment
• Document inspection findings accurately and legibly
• Complete receiving, in-process, and final inspections
• Prepare and verify quality-related documentation
• Maintain compliance with company quality standards and procedures
• Communicate inspection results and quality concerns to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of quality inspection experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Must be able to work onsite in San Clemente
