General

Position Summary
  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Generate Sales
  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Document and appraise associate sales performance, providing supportive feedback.
  • Adhere to visual guidelines, merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain professional appearance according to Dress Code Policy.
Control Expenses
  • Protect Company assets within LIDS Retail policy guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing store schedules aligned with wage control guidelines.
  • Accurately manage inventory, including receiving, transferring, price changes, and product counts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record‑keeping per LIDS Retail policies and state/federal laws.
  • Open and close the store following Operations P&P Manual procedures.
  • Support all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Supervise Associates
  • Participate in LIDS Training Programs and adhere to set sales and task goals.
  • Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
  • Encourage compliance with company policies, including safekeeping of inventory, funds, and property.
  • Perform subordinate work as needed.
  • Communicate at all employee levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience.
  • Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional verbal communication.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
Email Compensation and Benefits

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Full‑time positions may include monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience.

  • Store Manager
Pay Range

For California-based roles:
Annual pay ranges may fall between $33,280 – $68,640. Bonuses and other benefits may also be offered.
