Compensation Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
About the PositionAs a parking enforcement officer, you play an important role in promoting public safety and ensuring compliance with parking regulations. You will be the friendly face that drivers encounter when parking in public spaces. Through your enforcement of parking laws and regulations, you help create an environment of orderliness and fairness in the community.
Accountability- Patrol assigned parking areas to enforce parking regulations and address violations promptly.
- Document parking violations accurately, ensuring proper records are maintained.
- Take responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of issued equipment and vehicles.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Report incidents, security concerns, and maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and superiors.
- Foster a sense of unity and camaraderie within the parking enforcement team.
- Support colleagues when needed and promote a positive working atmosphere.
- Embrace a culture of inclusion, respect, and teamwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parkers, addressing inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Educate parkers on parking regulations and offer guidance to ensure compliance.
- Assist with emergency situations and offer aid when required.
- Monitor parking to maximize revenue collection while minimizing unauthorized parking.
- Identify opportunities to improve parking enforcement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance profitability for both the Company and our clients.
The ideal candidate has a passion for logistics and people. Other attributes include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document violations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Vacation/Sick for full-time and part-time employees
