Job Overview

Full‑time Sales Lead for Fabletics’s new retail store at Outlets at San Clemente, CA. Lead the team to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting Sales and Operations and leveraging technology to connect the online and in‑store shopping journey.

• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function; provide guidance on product lines.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook, Omnicart, Member Chat, and other performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to create a convenient and enjoyable shopping environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement discussions with the Store Manager.
• Lead by example in safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential issues.
• Assist with inventory management, including unpacking boxes (10–30lb) when required.
• Maintain personal sales targets and overall store sales objectives.

• Minimum of one year of experience in retail, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and related products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to lead large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Good problem‑solving, multitasking and prioritization skills; able to work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18years of age or older and available to work onsite full‑time.

• Hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00, depending on experience.
