Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a single jewelry store, achieving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team member growth.

• Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed sales projections and quotas.
• Conduct personal selling, coaching, and leadership to foster a People First store environment.
• Communicate clear performance expectations and develop staff to represent the brand consistently.
• Execute corporate initiatives, marketing, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through training, outreach, and timely issue resolution.
• Analyze operational reports, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and advise management on merchandise and services adjustments.
• Collaborate with neighboring store managers to share resources and best practices.
• Onboard new hires, provide ongoing coaching, and support career development.
• Create and maintain accurate team data and manage total rewards eligibility.
• Promote an inclusive workplace, ensuring all employees and customers feel respected.
• Develop and adhere to an effective work schedule, averaging a five‑day, 40‑hour week during non‑peak periods and adjusting for peak demands.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

• Preferred:
  Minimum of 2 years of college education.
• Required:
  
  At least 3 years of retail sales experience, or 2 years of retail sales plus 1 year of retail management experience.
• Preference for candidates with specialty retail or jewelry experience and/or Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification.

• Advanced communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; adept at business and communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and conflict‑management abilities.
• Professional appearance and communication via email, text, phone, video conference, and social media.
• Excellent planning, organization, and delegation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet goals.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Stand, reach, move merchandise, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, and lift up to 10pounds.
• Visual acuity required for gemstone assessment.
• Work week includes weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours; travel for training may be required.

$24.04 – $39.10 per hour plus commission on sales; final pay rate determined by experience and qualifications.
