US Family Turf LLC is hiring outgoing, high-energy team members to represent our top-rated artificial turf company inside Costco. No door-to-door. No cold calling. Members come directly to you!

Generate qualified, high-value appointments by engaging Costco members in-store, educating them about the benefits of artificial turf, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our design/sales team. This role directly fuels company growth through meaningful customer interactions.

• Greet and engage Costco members at our turf booth or exit fence.
• Create interest and generate leads for onsite quotes
• Share basic information about our products and services
• Schedule qualified in-home design consultations — no selling or closing required
• Maintain a polished, professional presence inside Costco
• Log all appointments and lead details accurately in the CRM
• Contribute positively to a fun, energetic environment

• Maintain 10–15 qualified appointments per week on average
• Achieve ≥ 85% appointment show rate
• Contribute to a ≥ 40% close rate
• Represent US Family Turf with professionalism and integrity
