Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority.
• Execute mattress selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competition, advertising, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

• California resident.
• Able to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and mobile platforms.

Competitive pay range of 62000 - 76000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Base pay or uncapped commission.
