Solutions Specialist – CCI (Retail Sales Associate)

Hourly pay rate: $18.32 – $27.45 per hour. Eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $17,652.00.

The role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will create customer experiences, drive sales, and make customers feel special.

• Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer suggestions based on customer wants and needs.
• Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the store retail environment.
• Properly handle cash.
• Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos.
• Support fellow sales agents when needed.
• Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through regular training sessions.
• Will report to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and other team specialists.
• May be required to work in other locations within the same geographic area.
• Work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or GED, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a consultative, solutions-based approach.
• Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced team environment.
• Mobility within the store for long periods to greet customers and demonstrate products.
• Computer literacy and aptitude for learning new communication products, services, and accessories.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds to manage stock room inventory.

• Some college experience with focus in sales, business, and/or management.
• One year of experience in related field (e.g., sales, retail sales, service industry).
• Experience selling wireless/mobile products.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays.
