ABOUT THE OUTLETS AT SAN CLEMENTE

The Outlets at San Clemente is in a stunning Spanish-style village overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Southern California. Shop 60+ big brands, conveniently situated between Los Angeles and San Diego. This center is hiring Security Officers who will take initiative and ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for our employees and shoppers.

Full-time benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and 401k.

This position's schedule will be Wednesday through Sunday from 2 P.M. to 10:30 P.M.

• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all security operations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA-established health and safety standards.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with store managers and employees in the center on an ongoing basis to enhance security.
• Be attentive to any potential risks or threats.
• Patrol the assigned areas to provide a safe shopping experience for patrons.
• Be collaborative and work together with other departments, as necessary.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.
• CPR certification not required but preferred.

• Valid Guard Card (per State requirements).
