We are looking for an Armed Security Officer to support critical facilities, public venues, and personal protective services. The role involves training in safe weapons handling and marksmanship, and working as part of a highly trained security team on a broad spectrum of specialized services for our clients.

- Speak, read, and write English
- Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigation Services
- Age 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Pass rigorous background screening
- Meet requirements of all subordinate security positions
- Establish relationships within customer organization and deliver high‑quality services
- Actively contribute to customer satisfaction
- Accountable for quality of all deliverables
- Plan, organize, direct, and control security team during normal and emergency operations
- Ensure security staff are prepared for shift duties and all posts are staffed
- Identify improvements to delivery and execution of security services
- Handle all administrative reporting, including timesheets, incident reports, logs, and payroll data
- Develop staff technical and professional skills with ongoing refresher training throughout the calendar year
- Evaluate effectiveness of security staff response, knowledge, and competency
- Resolve issues timely, use de‑escalation techniques, and represent supplier in absence of Site Security Manager
- Demonstrate knowledge of security industry practices
- Consistently meet highest professional and ethical standards
- Expert in chosen service line and skill competency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a small team
- OC Spray Certified
- First Aid, AED, and CPR Certified
