Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills, is recruiting for a Construction & Warehouse Technician.

Service Line:
Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00/Hr. DOE Candidates with welding knowledge/experience and hands-on field, construction, equipment installation, or service experience are strongly preferred.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

• Assist with warehouse operations, production, and equipment assembly
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
• Load, unload, organize, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, and testing of equipment
• Prepare, package, and ship materials and equipment
• Maintain inventory, organize tools, and keep the warehouse clean
• Travel to customer job sites to assist with equipment installation and maintenance
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and trailers
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Perform additional warehouse and field support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 35% for field installations
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
