Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Organize and manage warehouse and storage areas.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments (UPS, freight, etc.).
- Track inventory levels and support replenishment needs.
- Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
- Maintain shipping records, packing lists, and documentation.
- Support equipment, materials, and event logistics as needed.
- Assist with occasional deliveries, pickups, and field support.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- 3–5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
- Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Basic Excel and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
