Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Organize and manage warehouse and storage areas.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments (UPS, freight, etc.).
• Track inventory levels and support replenishment needs.
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
• Maintain shipping records, packing lists, and documentation.
• Support equipment, materials, and event logistics as needed.
• Assist with occasional deliveries, pickups, and field support.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.

• 3–5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Basic Excel and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
