Junior Accountant

Overview

Pinarello US is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team and report directly to the hiring manager at our Charlotte, NC office. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an early-career accounting professional who is detail-oriented, communicative, and interested in building hands-on experience in accounts receivable and credit within the outdoor sporting goods industry.

• Processing customer payments in accordance with company policies
• Monitoring customer accounts and communicating status updates to stakeholders
• Generating daily invoices for customer shipments
• Communicating with customers to arrange payments and resolve inquiries
• Assisting with credit applications
• Supporting month-end close activities and reporting
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely AR operations

• 0–1 year of accounting experience (AR or collections experience preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Some college required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• A genuine interest in the outdoor and cycling industry

• Salary range: $48,000 – $60,000
