Account Specialist

Description

Our team in San Diego, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Account Specialist committed to delivering exceptional service and supporting efficient financial operations. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving challenges with clients and colleagues, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely

+ Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records

+ Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting

+ Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders

+ Maintain organized documentation and uphold company standards for compliance

+ Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

+ Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting or account management role

+ Strong proficiency with MS Excel and accounting systems (Quick Books, SAP, Net Suite, etc.)

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

+ Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
