Senior Accountant

Cre8tive Technology & Design is currently hiring a Senior Accountant who is a dynamic individual with proven experience with a range of accounting functions and procedures.

The Senior Accountant is a valuable position within our organization. The Senior Accountant is responsible for accurate and timely financial transactions, preparation of financial statements, month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will maintain proper documentation to safeguard the company assets and meet regulatory compliance.

Our experienced team devotes all our efforts to sales and services of ERP and PLM business management software that is tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Responsible for Quick Books Online financial transactions and reporting.
• Support monthly and year-end financial closes including journal entries, balance-sheet reconciliations, pre-paid schedules, deferred revenue, accruals, and overall chart of account maintenance.
• Assist with AR, cash application, track credit memos, customer inquiries, and collections.
• Prepare financial statements, assist with budget, and monthly budget to actual account variance analysis.
• Maintain documented accounting policies and operations.
• Responsible for historical account cleanup including researching, identifying, and documenting discrepancies.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in accounting processes.
• Provide clerical assistance to Controller and Leadership.
• Competitive salary of $80,000 to $95,000 per year

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Solid understanding of Accounting Principles, month-end close, AP/AR, collections, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite.
