Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation during financial audits and reviews.
- Prepare departmental monthly cash spend and conduct variance analysis to identify trends.
- Assist in the development of departmental budgets and forecasts, including expense tracking and cash flow analysis to support strategic planning and decision making.
- Maintain fixed asset records, including capitalization, deprecation, and disposal.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- CPA Preferred
- Proficient with Quick Books, Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of tax requirements and GAAP
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, results oriented and cross-functional team
