We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Accounting & M&A Integration Manager to support complex acquisitions, financial integrations, and technical accounting initiatives.
This role will partner closely with internal finance teams, external advisors, and acquired-company leadership to ensure accurate reporting and seamless integration.
Responsibilities- Lead technical accounting analysis for acquisitions, revenue arrangements, and equity compensation
- Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda under US GAAP
- Support purchase accounting and opening balance sheet procedures
- Manage IFRS to US GAAP conversion and policy alignment
- Support month-end close and acquired-entity reconciliations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integration milestones
- CPA required (active or in progress)
- Strong knowledge of ASC 805, 718, and 606
- Proven experience in acquisition accounting and integrations
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
