Operational Director – Accounting & HR Services

We are looking for an operational director to lead daily operations for a high‑output, restaurant‑focused accounting and HR services firm. The role includes managing finance, accounting, and human resources functions to support growing restaurant groups in the San Diego area.

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive profitability by acquiring and servicing new client relationships.
• Ensure the accounting team is fully competent in their current roles.
• Maintain high accountability and ownership standards across all operations.
• Implement offshore labor solutions where appropriate.
• Lead planning for future growth and execute strategic plans.
