A well-established San Diego CPA firm is hiring a Tax Senior to support a growing client base of business owners and high-net-worth individuals. This is a step into broader responsibility - more client exposure, more technical depth, and real progression toward leadership.

You won’t just prepare returns. You’ll take ownership of deliverables and start developing into a trusted advisor.

• Preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, S-Corp and corporate returns
• Supporting tax planning and advisory projects
• Researching complex issues and presenting practical recommendations
• Identifying tax-saving opportunities proactively
• Mentoring Associates and reviewing their work
• Communicating directly with clients and managing deadlines

• 3–5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong federal and California compliance background
• CPA / EA licensed or actively pursuing
• Someone who wants responsibility, not just a title
