We are seeking a diligent Financial Compliance Auditor to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the accounting and financial data within various departments of our organization. The ideal candidate will audit financial data, identify and analyze improper accounting or documentation, and work with both internal teams and external auditors to reconcile discrepancies or support external auditing functions. This role requires rigorous research and problem-solving to recommend improvements for policies or procedures ensuring adherence to government guidelines and laws.

• Conduct audits on accounting and financial data across several departments for accuracy and compliance with government laws and guidelines.
• Identify and thoroughly analyze improper accounting or documentation, reporting findings.
• Research and resolve identified issues, making recommendations for policy or procedural enhancements.
• Collaborate with external auditors to support auditing activities and reconcile discrepancies.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in financial compliance and auditing processes.

• Advanced knowledge and experience in auditing techniques and compliance.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• 2-3 years of experience in public accounting is required.
• Experience with in a financial compliance or auditing role, particularly within the technology sector or with companies similar in operational scale to Intuit, is preferred.
• Hybrid work eligibility in San Diego, Mountain View, or Atlanta is a must.
