Tru Capital Partners is seeking a Property Accountant to support the accounting operations of our commercial real estate firm in San Diego. This position is responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting/Finance, 2-3 years of experience, and proficiency in accrual accounting. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with property accounting software (Yardi) are preferred.
