Intuit Finance Team Position

Intuit's Finance team drives business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership. The team is comprised of finance, accounting, supply chain, corporate strategy, and related functions.

Review site expenses submitted through the system, validate expense data, reconcile expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. Duration: 6 months, onsite, Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑5 PM.

Supports organization financial objectives by providing financial analyses and recommendations and directing staff. Develops accounting policies and procedures, oversees financial reporting, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Records day‑to‑day financial transactions, completes the posting process, and reconciles general ledger accounts.

Validates current processes with respect to regulatory requirements, identifies accounting problems, develops accounting procedures, and resolves technical issues related to accounting controls.

Maintains payroll accuracy, collaborates with departmental managers to resolve payroll inquiries, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Supports the CFO in managing all accounting activities, prepares financial statements, oversees month‑end and year‑end closing processes, and ensures compliance with GAAP.

Manages a team of three accounting professionals, oversees daily accounting activities, ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions, and prepares reports for senior leadership.

Responsible for full‑cycle accounting, oversees financial controls, manages audit processes, and directs the accounting team to meet organizational objectives.

Supports payroll accounting, commission and bonus calculations, account reconciliation, and ensures timely payroll processing for dealership locations.

Oversees payroll accounting, commission and bonus calculations, account reconciliation across multiple dealership locations, and ensures compliance with financial policies.
