Salary Range: $85,

Well-established and progressive CPA firm, located in Banker’s Hill is looking for an experienced tax preparer to meet the needs of our clients.

This candidate must have 2+ years’ experience working with individual, corporation, and partnership income tax returns.

We are looking for a candidate who is hungry to help the organization grow while able to handle more complex assignments. We have an in-person work environment to encourage communication between team members and facilitate advancement in tax knowledge and skills.

This candidate must be extremely organized and able to communicate effectively with clients and staff members.

• Preparation of individual/trust tax returns.
• Preparation of business tax returns including forms 1120, 1120-S and 1065
• Assist tax manager as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation that may impact clients or the organization.

• Communicate with clients to gather information and complete tax returns
• 2 years plus of public accounting experience (small to medium size firms preferred)
• CPA or EA license preferred (Or pursuing encouraged)
• Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficient in Quick Books
• Knowledge of Lacerte (a plus)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• In person full-time
