LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing professional services organization to identify an Accounts Receivable Specialist focused on Cash Applications.

Responsibilities

* Apply customer payments and remittances accurately

* Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies

* Reconcile customer accounts and aging balances

* Investigate short pays, over payments, and deduction issues

* Support collections and customer account maintenance

* Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliations

* Partner with accounting and operations teams to resolve payment issues

Qualifications

* 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications experience

* Understanding of accounting fundamentals

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to identify payment trends and discrepancies

* Experience with Quick Books Online preferred

* Intermediate Excel skills

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
