Job Description & How to Apply Below

Ready to lead and grow within a company that's actually building something cool? This is your chance to step into a hands‑on leadership role, owning the general ledger and month‑end close while guiding the team around you. It's a hybrid role with real scope, real visibility, and plenty of room to make the function your own.

What You'll Do
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and ensure financial statements comply with IFRS
  • Lead the month‑end close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Reconcile monthly sales and booking reports to ensure revenue is complete and accurately reported
  • Calculate and record quarterly reserves, including warranty and return provisions
  • Oversee monthly commission calculations for roughly 20 sales managers across international and domestic teams
  • Prepare monthly reporting to the parent company
  • Calculate and remit sales tax owed across multiple states
  • Drive accurate, timely financial and non‑financial reporting across the department
  • Partner cross‑functionally with teams throughout the organization to gather what's needed for close
  • Lead support for annual audits, including preparing PBCs and helping drive them to completion
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the role and function evolve
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Five or more years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP
  • CPA license preferred, not required
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Highly detail oriented with sharp analytical and problem‑solving instincts
  • Strong learning agility and comfort tackling increasingly complex challenges
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and manage across all levels of the organization
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines

This is a great fit for someone ready to move beyond execution into leadership, with meaningful ownership over close and reporting, direct exposure to a parent company, and a role that grows as you do.
