Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Lloyd Pest Control is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Accounting team in San Diego. In this role, you'll help keep customer accounts accurate, payments properly recorded, and invoices moving efficiently through third-party billing systems.

Training will be provided to help you learn our processes and systems.

• Review new account setup information for accuracy and completeness.
• Apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
• Review customer accounts and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain customer information across third-party compliance and billing websites.
• Update insurance, licensing, fees, and other compliance requirements.
• Prepare, format, and upload invoices to support timely billing and payment.
• Track compliance fees and related revenue by customer.
• Use Excel to organize and summarize large amounts of information.
• Update procedures when third-party billing or compliance requirements change.
• Cross-train in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort learning new software and online billing systems.
• Previous billing, payment-processing, accounting, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
