Job Description Tax Compliance- Prepare and organize tax work papers for federal, state, local, and joint venture filings.
- Maintain tax compliance schedules, trackers, and filing calendars.
- Assist with estimated payments, extensions, and tax-related payments.
- Organize tax records, supporting documentation, and process files.
- Track and process notices from taxing authorities.
- Support special projects and other tax-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain electronic files and supporting records.
- Update procedures, checklists, and tracking schedules.
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest in tax, accounting, compliance, or real estate investment operations preferred.
