Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and General Ledger (GL) maintenance. • Process high-volume Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Assign and validate General Ledger (GL) codes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and servicing teams to resolve financial issues and improve processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience with General Ledger coding and account reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze invoices and assign appropriate GL allocations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
