Audit Senior

A respected San Diego-based CPA firm is seeking an Audit Senior to join its growing audit practice. The ideal candidate can manage engagements, support junior team members, and build strong client relationships.

• Plan and perform financial statement audits from start to completion
• Prepare and review work papers and financial statements
• Identify audit issues and communicate recommendations to clients
• Supervise and mentor associates assigned to engagements
• Manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and client requests
• Ensure work complies with professional standards and firm procedures

• 2-5 years of audit experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA license or progress toward obtaining one preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Must currently reside in the San Diego area
