Accounts Receivable Specialist – High Impact Role with Mission Driven Organization

Who you are:- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or partner-facing finance operations
- Strong knowledge of AR processes including billing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Quick Books, or similar platforms
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, including partner billing, collections, cash application, account reconciliation, and ongoing account support
- Own financial relationships with multiple partners, ensuring invoices align with contract terms and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Prepare weekly AR aging reports, cash flow visibility updates, and collection risk summaries for leadership review and forecasting
- Support month-end close activities including AR subledger reconciliations, allowance analysis, reporting deliverables, and escalation of financial or contractual risks

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
