A mortgage company in San Diego is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Mortgage Production Manager in a fast‑paced production environment. This role will focus on calendar and inbox management, scheduling, internal communication, and day‑to‑day administrative support while leveraging prior mortgage experience to help keep loans and production workflows moving efficiently. The ideal candidate has a background in the mortgage industry (such as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or similar role), understands the loan lifecycle, and can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with production, processing, and operations teams.
REQUIREDSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of mortgage industry experience required (LOA, Loan Processor, Junior Processor, or similar role)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, calendar management, and email organization
- Desire to be in an administrative role
