Job Description

In this role, you'll regularly work with sensitive information, collaborating with GM executive assistants and senior leaders in the business unit, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
This position is based on‑site in Qualcomm's San Diego, CA office.
- Assist with calendar and appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate with attendees
- Assist with travel arrangements including travel‑related visas
- Responsible for expense reimbursements ensuring all reports are submitted timely with required receipts and documentation in accordance with QC travel policy for approval.
- Responsible for lunch orders including coffee, snacks and last‑minute lunch order pick‑ups from QC café
- Reconcile P‑card
- Assist with general office duties such as supply ordering, off‑site set‑ups, supporting meeting set‑ups, visitor support to include on‑site badging and escorting of customers/partners and vendors
- Other general duties may include: covering for business unit GM executive admins during vacation/sick time; submitting janitorial cleaning requests and other special projects such as team events
- Perform project work as assigned by manager
- Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for emails, phone calls, and team interaction, along with active listening.
- Punctuality, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail, proofreading documents, and handling sensitive information.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges efficiently.
- Arranging travel and timely completion of expense reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Associate's degree. OR High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Department Support Assistant or related work experience.
